Junior Technical Support Manager (Level One Support) (вакансія неактивна)

Your Main Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve basic technical issues.
  • Escalate complex issues to Level Two support or relevant departments.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and support activities in our ticketing system.
  • Provide product information and guidance to customers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on resolved issues and providing ongoing support as needed.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, company policies, and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and other tech products. Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively. A customer-centric attitude.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently.
