— Fundamental understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban etc.)
— At least 0,5 years of experience in Project/Product Management
— Knowledge of PMBoK guidelines
— Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle
— Strong team leadership skills and proactive mindset
— Upper Intermediate+ (with good oral/written) English

— Work on cutting-edge Mobile and Web projects of our tech-star clients from Berlin, Hamburg, London etc..
— Gain strong skills in Project Management, using Scrum, PMBoK etc;

— Manage the Project Development cycle from collecting requirements till release — within the budget, timeframe and resources;
— Interact with the Sales team, help to define initial requirements of our client;
— Prepare User stories and Use Cases with our clients, pitch them to the dev-team;
— Plan and Control the Schedule of the Project;
— Manage the internal and external communication for an effective information-exchange between the team and the stakeholders;
— Define the methodology (Scrum, Kanban etc.), which is matches the project, support the required processes for an effective management;
— Control stakeholders’ expectations, prepare reports;
