About Stepico/project

Our team is designing and implementing new features for an existing real-time multiplayer online strategy game developed for mobile platforms. The game is a well-established product from a Ukrainian client, and our goal is to enhance its functionality, improve user experience, and introduce engaging new gameplay elements. We have a small, friendly, and highly collaborative project team, where members support each other and share expertise. The team consists of 15 professionals, including Backend, Frontend Developers, QA, Game Designer, UX/UI Designer, 2D Artists.

Requirements

• 3+ year of professional experience with Node.JS
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
• 1+ years of experience with Nest.JS framework
• Strong understanding of MongoDB
• Experience with Redis
• Docker & Docker compose
• Strong understanding of OOP
• REST
• Swagger/OpenAPI
• Unit tests
• Git

Nice to have

• Ansible
• Traefic
• Graylog
• NewRelic
• Experience with Web3

Main Responsibilities

• Create high quality maintainable code
• Add new features to the existing project
• Write unit tests
• Discussion with team, clarification of technical requirements, specification to get ready for development
• Provide precise estimates
• Participate in daily team meetings, refinements, retrospectives
