REQUIREMENTS

• Knowledge of research methodologies and statistical analysis;
• Basic understanding of data analysis tools and techniques;
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools;
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, especially Excel;
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields is a plus;
• Internships or academic projects related to sales or data analysis are advantageous;
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (advanced degrees preferred).

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and implement data collection tools such as surveys and questionnaires;
• Collect and analyze data from various sources to ensure accuracy and relevance;
• Develop and maintain databases for storing research data;
• Ensure data integrity, security, and accessibility;
• Create structured datasets from unstructured data sources;
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales and game development;
• Communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders through reports, presentations, and visualizations;
• Participate in product planning meetings to provide statistical guidance.
