International rapidly growing product IT company StellarTech is looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter. This role will be responsible for building the best team of professionals, enabling all the Company to meet challenging growth goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
2. Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, referrals and executive search.
3. Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications to match them with the appropriate job openings.
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
5. Conduct reference checks and background screenings as part of the candidate evaluation process.
6. Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
8. Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates to create a strong talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
9. Stay informed about industry trends, recruitment best practices, and legal requirements to ensure compliance.
10. Contribute to building of recruitment and onboarding processes, employer branding initiatives and participate in IT- events to attract top talent.
Requirements:
1. Successful work experience as an IT recruiter.
2. Familiarity with recruitment/sourcing tools and techniques.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
5. Orientation to the details.
6. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
7. A result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving recruitment targets and goals.
