We’re looking for a hands-on Project Manager / Engineering Manager to join a FinTech product team building payment processing solutions with complex business logic and high-load integrations. This role combines delivery ownership with strong engineering leadership and close collaboration with development teams.
What You Will Do:
- Own and drive end-to-end delivery across multiple engineering streams;
- Act as a bridge between business, product, and engineering, ensuring alignment on priorities and scope;
- Lead and support engineering teams: planning, execution, delivery, and continuous improvement;
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers on roadmap planning and technical feasibility;
- Oversee project timelines, risks, dependencies, and release management;
- Ensure engineering best practices, delivery predictability, and sustainable team performance;
- Communicate directly with clients and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and trust;
- Improve development processes, workflows, and technical documentation.
What We Expect:
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Engineering Manager, or similar role;
- Strong experience working closely with engineering teams in complex technical products;
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
- Ability to dive into technical and architectural discussions when needed;
- Experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams;
- Strong ownership mindset and problem-solving skills;
- English: Upper-Intermediate+;
- Tools: Jira/Confluence, Asana, Notion, Google Workspace (or similar).
Nice to Have:
- Experience with payment systems or payment provider integrations;
- Understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices;
- Experience with distributed teams.
