Responsibilities:

• Define, develop, and support robust system architectures.
• Craft High-Level Architecture (HLA) documents and present them to stakeholders in both technical and business contexts.
• Oversee the development process, removing obstacles and mentoring teams.
• Partner with Product Owners to strategically plan projects.
• Modernize existing systems for enhanced performance and scalability.
• Establish best practices in architecture and ensure their consistent application.
• Assist in pre-sales activities when needed.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in a similar role, with a strong track record in scalable system design.
• Solid expertise in back-end and front-end technologies: Java, .NET, Node.js, TypeScript, SQL, NoSQL, and web technologies.
• Experience with architectural patterns, microservices, and legacy system transformation.
• Familiarity with on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
• Proficient in architecture documentation frameworks and modeling techniques.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2+).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in banking or financial technology projects.
