Customer support manager (вакансия неактивна)

What is the necessary skill set?

— 0,5+ years of experience in any of the following: as a project manager, customer support manager, call center manager
— advanced English level (speak English fluently, perfect written skills)
— overall understanding of web or/and mobile application development process
— ability to gather and communicate information accurately
— handle business correspondence
— perfect business communication and interpersonal skills
— building trustworthy relationships with the client and customer focused, self-motivated skills
— ability to read and understand technical manuals, procedural documentation and create standard operating procedures
— work independently to analyze escalated issues, identify obstacles
— be PPP — Positive, Proactive and Patient
— excellent organizational, time management, multitasking and problem-solving skills

Will be a plus:

— experience with Jira or other task tracking system
— sales skills
— experience in several project managing
— technical background
— knowledge of customer service principles and practices

What should you do?

— verbal and written communication with customers
— ensuring that each customer receives excellent service
— support for incoming request from сustomers (L1)
— setting up the scope of work from customer to the team and control its delivery
— active communication with other departments to provide solutions for complicated cases
— provide and maintain partner relationships
— follow up and make scheduled callbacks to customers
