— At least 1 year of experience in recruiting in the IT industry
— Knowledge of different tools/techniques of candidates assessment
— Experience in sourcing and outreach candidates using a variety of platforms and tools
— Full-cycle recruitment process experience
— Great communication and negotiation skills
— Good understanding of the IT job market
— Good written and spoken communication skills
— Positive attitude and flexibility
— Upper-intermediate English level
— Experience in Outsource would be an advantage
