StartupSoft is a startup accelerator with headquarters in San Francisco and offices in Lviv and Ternopil.

We’re on a mission to improve the odds of success of early-stage companies through mentorship, fundraising, and technical support. We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities:

— Candidate search and selection using all possible tools and technics;
— Negotiations with potential candidates, conducting interviews with candidates;
— Work with recruitment database;
— Taking an active role in forming and keeping the employer brand.

Requirements:

— Experience working in a similar role — 2 years;
— Understanding of the Ukrainian IT market;
— Upper-intermediate English — candidate interviews, assessment, and documentation are managed in English;

Personal qualities:

— Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
— Responsibility and good team working skills;
— To be proactive and ready for continuous improvement of the recruitment/hr process and professional skills;
— Ability to handle multiple tasks under the deadlines.
