OxeFit’s core technology integrates robotics, movement and performance tracking, advanced coaching and analytics, to help individuals and teams become more fit. The system will offer opportunities to connect, collaborate, and ultimately transform the health of consumers, athletes, military personnel, and clinical rehab markets, while the extensive content expands beyond strength training into lifestyle and educational programs covering nutrition, health, mindfulness, and overall wellness topics

For athletes and consumers, assessment of velocity, power, and force is important since varying these measures can yield significant results. Currently, this type of comprehensive testing is conducted in laboratories or special facilities which can be cost-prohibitive, difficult to access, and limiting. With the OxeFit system, assessment, coaching, training and measurement occurs simultaneously and work synergistically with existing technology. Real-time feedback on these metrics will help them achieve the most efficient workout while post-workout analytics will generate the next workout for optimal effectiveness

Qualifications and skills

• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or related discipline
• 3+ years of professional experience with Angular
• Proficient with Javascript or Typescript
• Proficient with testing frameworks such as Cypress, Jasmine, or Selenium
• Experience managing application state
• Experience consuming REST APIs
• Experience with server-push technologies such as SignalR or Socket.IO

Nice to have

• Experience working with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, etc. — the most important “nice to have of all”
• Experience working in scrum or kanban methodologies
• Experience with mobile app development on Angular

Responsibilities

• Contribute ideas and help to refine use cases and acceptance criteria
• Provide technical feedback and suggestions to designers
• Evaluate new libraries, frameworks, and services for suitability
• Translate XD prototypes into fully functional HTML and CSS templates
• Implement user interface features using modern Javascript frameworks such as Angular
• Maintain high levels of automated unit and integration test coverage with frameworks such as Cypress
