Ender — real estate/property management software. Their software helps owners of rental homes to more efficiently handle their day-to-day operations of property management. The platform covers (among others) accounting, task management (for vendors, tenants, etc), payments & receivables, tenant portal, and so on

- Extensive knowledge of data structures and algorithms
- Experience debugging code, solving problems, and fixing performance bottlenecks
- Ability to write concurrent code that utilizes our multi-core servers

- In-person and remote whiteboarding when team members are away from Austin

Responsibilities
- greenfield engineering (new features and development), roughly 70% of the time they’d be coding
- less focused on design & documents but more on pure coding
- no full-fledged QA department so engineers (especially BE) should be writing unit tests
