The Opportunity

Star is looking for a Finance Operations Specialist to join the Finance Team.

Qualifications

Qualifications & experience:

• Higher education with finance or audit specialization;
• 1-2 years working experience in corporate finance, billing, audit;
• Experienced user of MS Excel (pivots, macros, working with large database files);
• Experience in IT service company is an advantage;
• Intermediate level of English
• Knowledge of Microsoft Navision Dynamics or other internationally used ERP systems is an advantage;
• Analytical mindset;
• Accuracy, attentiveness to details and diligence;
• Result-oriented person with high level of self-discipline;
• Ability to meet tight deadlines;
• Good communication skills and strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of company managerial reports, communication with reports recipients (providing additional details. explanations etc.);
• Preparing financial forecasts and participation in preparing the annual and semi- annual planning;
• Participation in the monthly billing cycle (billing sheets, expense reports, revenue forecasts etc.);
• Participation in monthly invoicing for services (communication with project managers, compliance with service contracts/terms agreed with customers, issuing and distributing invoices, communication with foreign customers);
• Cooperation directly with the finance team based in Ukraine, Poland, Germany and US;
• Communication with other department’s stakeholders;
• Other reporting tasks as per the department’s needs.
