The Opportunity

We are looking for a Recruitment Сoordinator to support a global recruitment team with their managing operational tasks.

Our recruitment team comprises almost 35 crew members, and we have locations in countries like Ukraine, Poland and Vietnam. We are actively growing and continuously working on a recruitment strategy and process development to serve the best candidate experience.

Keep in mind this is not a temporary assistant position with a transition to a recruitment role. We would need your help with decreasing the administrative responsibilities of recruiters for at least 1.5 years.


Qualifiction and experience

  • Excellent planning, organizational and time-management skills;
  • Advanced user of Google suite, especially creating charts, reports, etc.;
  • Experience with professional communication among cross-functional teams;
  • Upper-intermediate or higher English.

Would be a plus

  • Recruitment experience;
  • Advanced writing skills in English.


  • Time coordination and scheduling between interviewers and candidates located in different countries and continents (USA, Latin America, Europe, Asia);
  • Manage job postings on Star website and other platforms;
  • Manage Star CV preparation for internal clients;
  • Adding data about interviews and candidates into the database;
  • Assistance with weekly report preparation based on collected data and team requests;
  • Creation and redesign of recruitment policies and procedures.
