The Opportunity

If the answer is yes, then keep on reading! We are looking for a passionate and target-oriented individual to join Star’s adtech team. Working closely with the managing director, adtech and a global team, you will be responsible for accelerating business development and generating the sales pipeline through outbound and inbound activities within the industry.

You will work closely with the industry team on identifying core markets, target companies, and channel strategies to drive superior results.

Qualifications and experience:

  • Experience conducting introductory/qualification calls with prospects;
  • B2B outbound/inbound or related customer-facing experience in a tech/software company, or experience working in/for agencies;
  • Passionate about all things adtech and martech and can easily navigate the ecosystem of existing and potential customers;
  • Fluent English with outstanding written and verbal communication skills;
  • Friendly and comfortable on the phone (you will be talking to prospects a lot);
  • A solid understanding of sales prospecting and lead generation techniques;
  • Sales-driven with a strong will to succeed, adaptable to working in fast-paced environments, and reaching deadlines/targets;
  • You shine under pressure and are a team player;
  • A self-starter — you’re always looking for ways to do your job better and you never wait to be told what to do. When you see an opportunity, you jump on it.

Would be a plus:

  • Experience with CRM systems, Linkedin Sales Navigator, sales automation tools (Outreach, SalesLoft etc);
  • Previous experience in adtech, martech (any role);
  • Presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Project management of one or more scrum-teams within a large account;
  • Manage customer expectations, hold internal contributors accountable for their commitments and deliverables, and proactively follow up with process participants;
  • Ensure the quality of the process and deliverables;
  • Remove bottlenecks, escalate and resolve issues;
  • People management.
