The Opportunity

As a Global Mobility Specialist, you’ll be working with Star crew relocations to support our employees with the best practices in the mobility area: legislative and regulatory standards, immigration, salary ranges, contracts management. We’d expect your professional advice to offer cost-effective solutions and identify potential trends in the mobility focus.

You’ll be an integral part of our People Partners team. You’ll also be in close contact with our Star crew, the travel and people team, and Star leadership.


Qualifications and experience:

  • 1+ year of experience in global mobility, travel, immigration areas;
  • Upper-intermediate English level;
  • Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills;
  • Willingness to work in fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to work with a high number of stakeholders;
  • Multitasking skills;
  • Ready to follow the process and contribute to its improvement;
  • Proactive approach to handling assignments.

Would be a plus:

  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Knowledge of international labor laws, taxation plans, and social security contributions.


  • Manage the administration of corporate global mobility cases, including permanent relocations and expatriate assignments;
  • Provide guidance to managers, recruiters and HR partners on policy application;
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee questions about employment and taxation in their host countries;
  • Coordinate contract management, including the preparation and signing of NDA, employment contract and B2B;
  • Work closely with payroll (in home and host locations) to administer appropriate compensation packages for employees and coordinate benefit options;
  • Cooperate with EoR companies and local immigration support vendors;
  • Provide complex assistance in any and all situations, including non-standard scenarios;
  • Work closely with the travel team on relocation logistics.
