The Opportunity

Star is a rapidly growing leader in the fields of strategy, design and engineering. Over the last 13 years, our global teams have brought over 500 new products to market that impact the lives of over 500 million users.

We’re looking for an experienced and digital-first marketing manager to escalate demand generation processes and lead the go-to-market strategy and its execution in one of our core industries, HealthTech.

You are highly motivated, with a diverse background in digital campaign setup, management and optimization (e.g., content marketing, email marketing, Linkedin ads, SEO) that leads towards optimal performance, such as lead gen and on-site actions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional skills in developing campaigns that support objectives and meet target audience needs. They will be fast-paced, able to understand priorities, are highly organized, with great attention to detail, and can collaborate with the internal stakeholders.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • 4+ years as digital marketing manager/campaign manager;
  • In-depth knowledge of running successful, detailed and results-driven B2B campaigns targeting pharma, digital health, MedTech and Biotech customers;
  • Strong knowledge and experience in the HealthTech industry (digital health, MedTech, SaMD);
  • Solid experience with content marketing, social media marketing and email campaigns;
  • QA skills applied to creatives, specifically before launching live campaigns to ensure they are to spec, adhere to our policies and are viable;
  • Proven track record of project management and strong attention to detail;
  • Comfortable measuring and tracking our marketing investment against key SQL and Opps KPIs;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • The ability to relate with customers and colleagues at all levels.

Would be a plus:

  • Comfortable giving and receiving feedback;
  • Experience with fast-paced, highly-collaborative and team-oriented environments.

Nice to have:

  • Some knowledge of marketing automation is advantageous;
  • Experience with offline and online events is a plus;
  • Some knowledge of ISO 13485 and IEC 62366 standards.


  • Contribute to and manage the GTMP, including control of its execution to drive the HealthTech industry demand generation and expertise recognition;
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and marketing teammates around campaign strategy and tactics, key objectives and KPIs, as well as forecasting and reporting;
  • Align, brainstorm, and coordinate resources cross-functionally among the marketing, sales and industry teams;
  • Understand and be effective at communicating the positioning and value proposition, while also addressing our customers’ needs;
  • Align all marketing activities with goals and KPIs;
  • Provide ongoing optimization and recommendations throughout the duration of the campaign, keeping stakeholders apprised of updates;
  • Ensure quality control of integrated campaigns and that campaigns stay on budget;
  • Alongside the team, build a strong industry knowledge base for the whole company (industry marketing collateral ownership);
  • Maintain regular measurements of the ROI of campaigns;
  • Translate data into actionable insight relevant to marketing program objectives;
  • Maintain and coordinate the team’s participation in digital and offline events.
