This is a unique role combining Digital Campaign Management with Project Management for key industries at Star.
At Star you’ll be able to run digital campaigns and marketing programs as well as applying digital ideas and strategy to deliver results whilst working with great teams across the business. You will be responsible for developing multi-faceted campaigns, both digital and offline programs, invent new ones, and tie campaigns together to achieve objectives and drive the pipeline for sales.
Qualifications & experience:
— The ideal candidate will have a track record of facing complex technical problems smartly and with confidence, overcoming obstacles with limited time or resources, and a can-do attitude.
— Marketing Degree/ Courses
— Experience with Hubspot or similar marketing automation tools
— Understanding of the Digital Marketing landscape and best practices
— Awareness and Interest in Current Trends in Digital Marketing
— Proven track record of effectively developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive customer demand and conversion to acquisition
— Ability to work independently or as part of a team
— Experience with marketing consultancy services, healthcare or consumer electronics
— PR, Ads experience is a plus
— Plan, manage and execute on Digital Campaigns including activities, content, workflows etc (end-to-end campaign management in Hubspot)
— Continuously identify new ideas and approaches to boost the content to lead conversion within and outside the digital campaign
— Track, measure, and report on the campaign performance, analyze performance data, and develop action plans to course-correct as the campaign execution unfolds
— Analyze and advise on which types of content, tools and channels are working, what’s not working and what we might be missing
— Support Industry teams with best practices in workflow automation and content to lead generation
— Implement online advertising campaigns and report on results
— SEO strategy and management
— Landing pages optimization
