We are developing a powerful product that transforms the way server-side tracking works, simplifying the process for marketers and website owners. We are looking for a 💪Strong middle marketing/growth designer an impactfull addition to our design team. A designer to help us supercharge our marketing and growth directions who will be:

• proactive
• problem solver
• ready to take a responsibility
• flexible

Your responsibilities are:

• Collaborate with our marketing and content teams on a daily basis.
• Design marketing materials (such as product promotion graphics, ADs, print materials, merch).
• Create presentations (for conferences, partners etc.).
• Create graphics for articles (such as infographics, hero images etc.).
• All kinds of graphics for our projects with partners (to keep Stape’s design consistent even outside Stape).

⭐️We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or for marketing and growth.
• Proficient with graphic design tools, such as Figma and Adobe CC.
• Understands of color theory, composition, lighting and UX.
• Has a data/business/result-driven mindset.
• Skilled in self-organization and time management.

Will be a plus🤞:

• Some motion design and 3D skills will be a great addition.
• Desire to help our product design team with their challenges and some UI/UX skills.

1st Stage: CV and Portfolio review
(Optional stage): Test task
2d Stage: HR Interview (30 minutes)
3d Stage: Technical Interview with Lead Designer (60 minutes)
