Technical Support Specialist (shifts)

Stape is a product for server-side Google Tag Manager hosting, and are looking for a Support Team member to join our team, which powers thousands of customers worldwide.

We are expanding our support team to work 24/7 and are now looking for additions to work night shifts in the office, in Kyiv (м. Золоті Ворота). Shifts are 12 hours with 2 people per shift.

🕵‍♀️ Requirements:

• Good communication skills.
• Intermediate English (communication in English with our customers).
• Quick studying.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

🤩 Would be a plus:

• Experience in technical support.
• Knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Google Ads.
• Experience in administrating (network troubleshooting, DevTools, logs parsing, etc.).
• Experience with Jira, Confluence.

📚Responsibilities:

• Assisting clients with any product-related questions through email or chat. No calls.
• Maintaining help desk articles up to date.
• Closing tickets in one touch.
• Collaborate with other team members.
• Day & Night shifts at the office in Kyiv.

1st Stage: HR Interview (30 minutes)

2d Stage: Technical Interview (30 minutes)

3d Stage: Final call with Hiring manager/Team Lead (30 minutes)
