Stape is a product for server-side Google Tag Manager hosting, and are looking for a Support Team member to join our team, which powers thousands of customers worldwide.
We are expanding our support team to work 24/7 and are now looking for additions to work night shifts in the office, in Kyiv (м. Золоті Ворота). Shifts are 12 hours with 2 people per shift.
Requirements:
— Good communication skills.
— Intermediate English (communication in English with our customers).
— Quick studying.
— Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Would be a plus:
— Experience in technical support.
— Knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Google Ads.
— Experience in administrating (network troubleshooting, DevTools, logs parsing, etc.).
— Experience with Jira, Confluence.
Responsibilities:
— Assisting clients with any product-related questions through email or chat. No calls.
— Maintaining help desk articles up to date.
— Closing tickets in one touch.
— Collaborate with other team members.
— Day & Night shifts at the office in Kyiv.
