Stape is a product SaaS company that specializes in server-side tracking.

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with an understanding of Digital Marketing, or Web Analytics, or IT industry.

Responsibilities:

• Ongoing engagements with enterprise clients, partners/affiliates, and technical partners.
• Acting as the main point of contact on a day-to-day basis for any client engagement-related matters (emails, calls, presentations, contracts, DPAs, etc.).
• Work together with developers to create necessary infrastructures and implement requested features.
• Collaborate with lawyers to discuss legal customers’ requirements.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role in Digital Marketing, or Web Analytics, or IT industry.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Upper-Intermediate English level is a must.
• Management experience would be advantageous.
