Key Technical Skills:
• High energy and dynamic team leadership experience who has implemented and managed full development life cycle projects using Waterfall and Agile methodology. Strong technical knowledge in Mainframe, Client Server, Web, and Cloud Technologies will be an added advantage
• Experience with any modern web framework (Spring, Play, Struts)
• Experience in Databases like Oracle or DB2 will be an additional skill
• Experience in managing testing projects which includes unit tests (junit, mockito, etc), system integration tests, user acceptance tests
• Global delivery experience of managing client remotely and coordinating delivery with global stakeholders. Experience in implementing checks and balances to organize global team delivery

• Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of projects/programs, while reporting to Head, Global Sales / Account Manager
• Lead the End to End Project Management
(Scope, Design, Test, Deploy, Go-Live and Support); develop and review project estimation in terms of efforts, timeline, and cost

We are looking for a fulltime Application Delivery / Development Manager to work with our development and support team on a long-term ongoing project based out of our offices in Gdansk. Position includes close work with the Client Management team and leads the development team.
