Junior Talent Sourcer

Qualifications and experience:
— Consider without experience or with a minimum experience of 0.5 year of experience as Talent sourcer
— Сompleted education in the field of recruiting (professional courses) — must
— Familiarity with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
— Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
— Solid verbal and written communication skills
— Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
— Effective time-management abilities
— English level Upper-Intermediate — must

Nice to have:
Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role

Key responsibilities:
— Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks
— Create job postings and send recruiting emails
— Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
— Create talent pipelines for current and future hires
— Communicate with past applicants regarding new job
opportunities
— Maintain candidate databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System)
— Conduct screening of candidates according to job requirements
