— 2+ years of work experience as a Team Lead in the digital marketing sphere that can be confirmed by certain results;
— Extensive experience in B2C is a must;
— Working knowledge of both acquisition and retention directions (more focus on acquisition);

— At least Upper-intermediate level English in both written and verbal communication;
