After 9+ years in SEO, I got the HR answer “not qualified enough” ..
By the way, my last 3 companies are US INC 5000, but the Squro indicated that their money and customers ... in Africa and this is another important reason.

I’m sure it’s a good place to work, if you can’t do anything well in IT only.
I’m also sure that their main IT skills are basking in the Cypriot sun.
I think so, because the level of Squro website is the development maximum of a pre-junior in a weekend.

They have 200 — 800 employees and if you conduct an audit of their work, 50% can be replaced by 10 freelancers and get better results.
My opinion is at least expert level like Organic Growth Lead or Upwork SEO TOP Rated +
Also at my last 99% technical interviews conducted by tales-stories SEO TL such as boosta, none of them could answer anything adequate to my counter-questions about Google’s algorithms, so
good luck to you and continue to work with such nonsense.

Squro has been developing since 2010, but their traffic is less than my first PHP trial “Hello world” where 80% of the content is lorem ipsum.

“We want to highly commend your communication skills and see that you would fit perfectly in our team. Unfortunately, for this position, we need more experience in team management than you currently have. Additionally, it is desirable to have experience working with our GEO and niche. We also want to acknowledge your level of English proficiency and diverse interests in domains, but we are not ready to continue communication for this vacancy.”

Regarding the analysis you conducted, the Squro website is created for the company’s career purposes. Therefore, it is quite understandable that this website should not be expected to have high traffic and other logical things from the point of view of SEO analytics.
