— Own the full cycle recruiting process for your specific domains
— Define and attract talent according to business needs
— Share your results by preparing meaningful reports
— Share knowledge, cooperate with stakeholders, and support them with the required data
— 3+ years of experience of searching and recruiting for tech and non-tech talent
— Proficient negotiation skills and ability to promote your ideas and vision
— Strong ownership of your dedicated projects
— Ability to work independently and as part of a team
— High ethical and quality standards
— Able to communicate in written Ukrainian or Russian
— Advanced written and spoken English skills
