We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to dive deep and support the cross-functional engineering team with requirements related to various innovative products. You will be responsible for the whole cycle of the requirements management process along with the Product Management team starting from an idea through development and delivery. The successful candidate must be able to support idea/feature descriptions, work on detailed functional requirements, communicate with stakeholders to support cross-functional teams in elicitation, documentation, and scope clarification.
— Prepare and support development of features High-Level Design (including non-functional requirements) and communicate it to relevant stakeholders
— Ensure a high-priority feature and traceability matrix are well-defined and described
— Manage feature backlog including communication with feature owners
— Support software engineers with requirements clarification and validation
— Collaborate with the QA team on defining acceptance criteria and critical areas to check according to the defined requirements
— Identify potential risks, issues, and challenges and escalate as appropriate, proposing mitigation plans to overcome obstacles.
— 4+ years of experience working in cross-functional teams as a Business Analyst/Product Owner/Requirements Manager
— Ability to translate complex topics across complex systems into a simple, well-designed user experience
— Experience with Agile development methodologies
— Proven presentation and self-management skills
— Excellent teamwork and communication skills
— Advanced level of English
