We are looking for an experienced and open-minded Lead QA Engineer to join our team. You will lead one of the Research department QA teams and be responsible for the support and validation of web applications and integrations. You will also oversee creating test sets, extending and maintaining automation test coverage and reporting findings to guarantee product quality and continue to maintain and raise high quality standards.
— Understand QA processes, techniques, approaches, methodologies, and the software development lifecycle, and have the ability to apply your knowledge into daily operations
— Lead a team of QA engineers processing a mix of manual and automation test tasks (Python, Pytest)
— Validate the quality of multiple products and systems by maintaining a state of the art QA process in a fast-paced environment
— Estimate required resources to perform a full cycle of existing and new product validation
— Communicate with stakeholders, international teams and provide reports on product quality and readiness for production
— 5+ years of experience in QA
— 2+ years experience in leading a QA team (4+ people)
— Excellent knowledge of testing methodologies
— Experience in writing test documentation
— Python automation skill (backend or UI automation)
— Experience with DB and SQL
— Experience in UNIX/Linux
— Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
— Good written and spoken English
— Understanding of Cloud services.
— Experience in AWS
— Understanding of network principles
— Basic knowledge in computer vision and machine learning
