— Be the champion of quantitative research to drive strategy, roadmap, and delivery of insights and tracking of test research user behaviors and attitudes
— Conduct end-to-end UX Research — from foundational research to advising product direction, all the way to the concept and testing
— Translate design goals and strategy into research opportunities. Have a robust understanding of User-Centered approach in developing products
— Be accountable for ensuring research outputs are thorough, high quality and meet the established standards and guidelines
— Be responsible for collaborating on the work of vendors and researcher partners on larger ad-hoc and recurring quantitative research programs
— Be responsible for coaching and mentoring teams about quantitative research
— Lead communication and collaboration with partner agencies and consultants, including consumer insights, data science, design, product/program management, etc
— Be responsible for writing questionnaires and developing graphs when required
— 3+ years of industry UX Research experience with a proven track record of conducting UX Research projects as shown in a project portfolio
— Advanced level of spoken and written English
— Extended experience in stakeholder facilitation, ability to translate business/product needs into research questions
— Experience creating questionnaires and programming it applying complex logic
— You are a master at writing reports, including for complex quantitative-qualitative studies
— Working experience with the data sets, creating tables, data visualization, creating charts
— Experience with variety of research methods (like factor, cluster analysis; conjoint analysis (CBC, MaxDiff, Turf); U&A; Segmentation studies; Concept testing; Preference studies; A/B testing (preferable))
— A robust understanding of industry-standard research methods, evaluative methods (e.g., concept testing, tree testing, etc.)
— Extensive experience providing deep insights through compelling visualization and storytelling through data
— Strong capacity to build and sustain internal and external collaborations
— Knowledge of, and passion for the security devices, IoT
— Experience with R, SPSS
— Experience with Data scrubbing (preferably)
— Degree in Human Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, Human Factors, or similar
— Portfolio demonstrating past deliverables, if available (e.g. study plans, reports)
