We are looking for an experienced HR Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will handle external online marketing activities and share the ways our company is an excellent workplace. In addition, you will plan and execute employer branding campaigns, support market research, and build an analytical approach to recruitment marketing. You will work closely with the Recruitment Team to target the right audience to potentially fill key positions and promote SQUAD job openings on social media (LinkedIn, Facebook) and online platforms.
— Identify the tactics and online platforms that will be most effective in reaching top talent
— Work closely with the recruitment team to understand the company’s hiring needs and develop creative ways to address recruitment challenges
— Plan and manage recruitment campaigns online
— Track, measure, and report on campaign results
— Manage company website and relevant updates
— Suggest new ideas for improving candidate recruitment experience and engagement
— Research marketing and advertising trends in the industry
— 2+ years of experience as an HR Marketing Specialist or a similar role
— Strong knowledge and understanding of digital marketing instruments
— Experience with analytics and data-driven approach in work
— Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
