Software Development Manager (вакансія неактивна)

We are looking for a passionate, results-oriented, inventive Software Development Manager to lead our Infrastructure and Backend team. The candidate must thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate an understanding of object-oriented design, and drive the realization of the project roadmap.

This hands-on position requires broad engineering competence and in-depth software architecture knowledge, as well as demonstrated experience successfully planning, organizing, and conducting software development projects in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities and Duties
— Work with the Infrastructure and software development teams to build technical solutions for a variety of product families
— Instill best practices for software development and documentation
— Provide hands-on technical leadership to the team, including your own code contributions, design reviews, and prioritization
— Establish aggressive, achievable schedules for development and ensure execution
— Monitor, drive and facilitate individual growth of your team’s individual contributors
— Define detailed technical requirements from high-level product requirements and encourage and empower your team to do the same
— Drive and facilitate innovation within the team.

Qualifications and Skills
— Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline
— 5+ years of software development experience, as a software developer, infrastructure engineer or similar
— 3+ years of management experience leading software development teams
— Advanced knowledge of Project Management fundamentals, terminology and best practices
— Strong analytical skills and data oriented mindset
— Strong understanding of SDLC
— Excellent people management and communication skills
— Proven experience with AWS services, CI/CD pipelines, microservice architecture and high loaded production environments
— Proven experience in solution and software architecture
— Advanced written and spoken English skills.
