Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Project Manager to help our R&D and Engineering teams manage and deliver high-quality products. You will have an opportunity to work on a team of highly qualified and passionate professionals within a product-driven company focused on solving customer needs and developing strong solutions.
You will be responsible for the definition of project scope, organization of project teams, communication with stakeholders, timely delivery, resolution of potential issues and impediments, and will interact with various teams across the organization in order to get things done. The right candidate should be results-oriented, have a product mindset, support and advance product quality, and be capable of learning & improving on the go.

Responsibilities and Duties

— Work with key stakeholders across Research and Engineering teams, data management and operations, and product management to define project strategy and requirements
— Work with remote and multi-site engineering teams to maintain and deliver software and services in sync with certain launch timelines
— Communicate regularly to senior management on status, potential risks, and project progress
— Manage day-to-day operations of multiple teams
— Plan and maintain intake requests for Engineering teams

Qualifications and Skills

— 3+ years of technical project/program management experience
— Experience with Agile development methodologies and understanding of software development lifecycle
— Experience in defining projects, collecting requirements, coordinating efforts to scope, schedule and deploy new features sets
— Experience in delivering projects in multi-stakeholder, fast-paced environments
— Ability to stay focused while dealing with tight deadlines and large volumes of information
— Fluency with Atlassian SCM Suite (Confluence/JIRA)
— Passion for documentation and building efficient processes
— Fast learner
— Experience working with distributed teams
— Advanced written and spoken English

Nice to have

— Master’s degree in Human Science or Computer Science
— Leadership with superior analytical abilities and critical thinking
— Excellent written and verbal communication skills engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders
— Strong problem solving and negotiation skills to influence and engage effectively with others
— Experience in analyzing cost/benefit of feature selection
— Experience in productization and shipping of software products (Services or Consumer Electronics)
— Experience in Customer Success, Quality Assurance, Product Management, Data Analysis
