Job Summary

We’re looking for a driven IT Support Specialist in the field of systems administration and user support to join our IT team. You will support maintenance of the office network and services infrastructure, provide support for team members, solve and prevent potential technical issues, maintain inventory and assets, provide technical assistance for events, and work with the rest of our IT team to ensure all technical standards, compliance and regulations are consistently met.

Responsibilities and Duties

— Oversee and maintain office network and IT infrastructure
— Configure and maintain user workstations according to policy specs including MDM enrollment and administration focusing on macOS
— Provide quality technical support to users with hardware, common software, or IT infrastructure questions
— Work with ticket and asset management systems to keep track of inventory, and process requests and potential incidents
— Maintain and manage stock of IT hardware and tools, and distribute them to users upon request
— Provide technical support for internal events, including usage of networking and/or audio-visual technologies
— Collaborate with the rest of the team on various projects and tasks

Qualifications and Skills

— MS or BS in Information Technology or a related discipline
— 1+ year of experience working in IT-related fields
— Good written and spoken English
— Working knowledge of macOS, Linux, Windows administration, computer systems, networking, mobile device management (MDM) frameworks

Nice to have

— Network certification (e.g. CCNA)
— Proficiency in Mac/iOS deployment and administration
