Job Summary

We are looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to join and strengthen our Human Resources team. In this role, you will help create, execute, and deliver impactful and engaging learning solutions to achieve business results. You will closely cooperate with HR Business Partners to define learning needs, develop training best practices, standards, and enable implementation across all divisions and locations. You will also assess and cultivate existing talent. We will give you a unique opportunity to tackle professional challenges and take ownership of making an impact on a growing organization.

Responsibilities and Duties

Support Training and Development processes
Support the deployment of learning programs in Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Develop and design learning material, coordinate, and review educational content, and incorporate current technology in developing specific eLearning curricula
Utilize knowledge of LMS capabilities to recommend delivery strategies that yield a rich, meaningful, and dynamic end-user experience
Utilize LMS reporting capabilities to assist with planning and managing the company’s training and development initiatives
Work with methodologists, graphic designers, and programmers to support eLearning content requirements
Invite and register participants, coordinate and conduct educational events
Lend expertise in the technical aspects of eLearning to internal departments, as requested

Qualifications and Skills

2+ years of working experience with a Learning Management System as a developer or administrator
Ability to work effectively and collaborate with all staff, excellent attitude
Ability to solve technical problems independently or in teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to create project timelines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Successful working experience in international companies with 100+ headcount, IT sector experience is a plus
Ability to effectively work in the office and remotely
Good written and spoken English

Nice to have

Experience with HTML, graphic design, video editing software
