— Work with key stakeholders across executive teams, product management, and marketing to define strategy and requirements
— Work with remote and multi-site engineering teams to maintain and deliver software and services in sync with launch timelines
— Communicate regularly to senior management on status, potential risks, and project progress
— Manage day-to-day operations of multiple service teams
— Plan and maintain team load and roadmaps
— 3+ years of technical project/program management experience
— Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (EE, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering) or 3+ years of experience as a Software Developer or QA Engineer
— Understanding of different SDLC
— Familiarity with AWS services
— Understanding of distributed systems and how they are deployed
— Experience defining projects, collecting requirements, coordinating efforts to scope, schedule and deploy new feature sets
— Experience delivering projects in multi-stakeholder environments
— Advanced written and spoken English
