We are looking for a Lead Embedded Engineer with low-level embedded experience and a background in bare-metal systems to join our team. You will work on firmware development for a variety of innovative devices, both battery-powered and hardwired, with ranging power sources.
— Develop code in C for RTOS-based MCUs (NRF52 series, Sillabs, TI, etc)
— Design and implement complex and power-efficient solutions (multi-chip designs, protocols, IoT, wireless, etc)
— Collaborate with cross-functional teams
— Lead a team of qualified embedded engineers to accomplish priorities
— Ability to split complex design into tasks and delegate
— 5+ years of commercial development experience (complex embedded systems)
— MS or BS degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
— Strong C skills and understanding of embedded software design
— Cross-platform development and code optimization skills
— Good written and spoken English
— Capable of expressing design in a visual format and collaborating with others
— Excellent verbal and written communication skills
— Self-driven and self-motivated, results-oriented

— Basics of Electronic design and ability to read schematics
— Experience with LoRa and IoT devices
