We’re looking for an enthusiastic, skilled engineer in the field of Systems Administration to join our IT team in Lviv. The individual will be tasked with maintaining our office’s network and services infrastructure, providing support for end-users, troubleshooting, solving, and preventing technical issues, maintaining inventory and assets, providing technical assistance, and working with the rest of our IT team to ensure all technical standards and ongoing compliance with best practices and regulations are met.
— Oversee and maintain the office network and other IT infrastructure
— Configure and maintain user workstations per policies, including MDM enrollment and administration, with a focus on macOS
— Provide quality technical support to users with hardware, common software, or IT infrastructure issues
— Work with ticket and asset management systems to keep track of inventory, and process requests and incidents
— Provide technical support for internal events that require the use of networking and/or audio-visual technologies
— Work with external vendors and service providers to ensure continuity of IT service availability
— Collaborate with the rest of the team on various projects and tasks
— 1+ years of experience working in IT-related fields
— MS or BS in Information Technology or a related discipline
— Working knowledge of macOS, Linux, Windows administration, computer systems, networking, mobile device management (MDM) frameworks
— Good written and spoken English

— Network certification (e.g. CCNA)
— Jamf/Landscape administration experience
— Proficiency in Mac/iOS deployment and administration
— Scripting languages (AppleScript, Python, bash, shell, Perl, Tcl, etc.)
