— 2+ years of Technical Staffing experience (with proven results);
— US staffing basic knowledge is required;
— Experience working with applicant tracking systems or customer relationship management (CRM) tools;
— Experience in recruiting for multiple disciplines including Software Developers, Business System Analysts, Quality Assurance Engineers, Project Managers etc.;
— Prior experience working on remote assignments;
— Result-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision and micro-tracking: ideal schedule is from 6pm till 3am Kiev time (matching Pacific business hours), negotiable for the right candidate and may be shifted.
— Great communication (+advanced English) skills.

Base salary between $1000 and $1500 depending on seniority level;

— Assume full-desk responsibility for Client’s vacancies and support continuous hiring;
— Use new and innovative strategies to target both active and passive candidates;
— Identify and source top talent through online channels: Indeed, Facebook, LinkedIn along with cold calling, job postings, etc.;
— Source, screen, interview, evaluate and recruit candidates via email/phone/chats;
— Discuss and negotiate candidate compensation;
— Provide on-boarding/off-boarding of contractors on schedule;
— Participate in team conferences for strategy development.
