— Minimum of 2 to 5 years of Salesforce Admin experience.
— Prior experience as a Salesforce Administrator including an understanding of user requirements, functionality, and configuration;
— Ability to create workflows, dashboards, and custom objects;
— Strong communication skills, including the ability to crystallize and broadly socialize insights into stakeholder needs that the stakeholders themselves may not be able to articulate;
— Salesforce Administrator Certification;
— Bachelor’s degree. Information Management or equivalent experience in the field preferred;

The Salesforce Admin is responsible for the overall administration of Salesforce. This includes, but is not limited to system configuration, ongoing testing and maintenance, new feature implementation, and release management. This role collaborates with other Salesforce admins and developers to meet business requirements in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
