The Sprinterra team is growing and we are looking for Business Analysts to join our team and share our vision for business development. First of all, our candidate will be responsible for the communication with new customers (together with the sales department), presenting the company’s experience, collecting requirements and expectations and creating project and technical proposals. In addition, our candidate will perform the role of a business analyst in the project and has the opportunity (if desired) to gain business analysis experience.

Industry: finance, financial technologies, banking

Other industries served by Sprinterra and in which our candidate will also be involved: real estate, healthcare, etc.

Requirements:

— Senior level in Business Analysis

— Previous experience in IT is must have

— Technical background is a plus

— Excellence in project documentation writing

— Experience in pre-sale (experience in writing proposals. case studies, estimating the projects) is must have

— Excellent English and strong communication skills

— Analytical thinker and negotiator

— Strong Presentation skills
