What will you do:
— Reaching out to already generated leads and prospects
— Conducting meetings and negotiations
— Closing the deals and further support, cross-sell, and upsell
— Accounting your current clients
— Controlling of client success with interaction with the company (NPS)
— Dealing with Hubspot CRM (for leads & clients management)
— Working with Upwork platform
— Maintaining desirable relationships with clients
— Engaging and sync with the sales team & delivery team
Must have:
— High level of personal responsibility and discipline
— Strong communication and cooperation skills
— High level of English proficiency — at least Upper-Intermediate level
— Ability and flxibility to learn new processes and tools
— Basic technical knowledge of software development
Will be a plus:
— Work experience in outsourcing software development company
— Work experience with Hubspot CRM
