What will you do:

• Reaching out to already generated leads and prospects
• Conducting meetings and negotiations
• Closing the deals and further support, cross-sell, and upsell
• Accounting your current clients
• Controlling of client success with interaction with the company (NPS)
• Dealing with Hubspot CRM (for leads & clients management)
• Working with Upwork platform
• Maintaining desirable relationships with clients
• Engaging and sync with the sales team & delivery team

Must have:

• High level of personal responsibility and discipline
• Strong communication and cooperation skills
• High level of English proficiency — at least Upper-Intermediate level
• Work experience as sales manager in IT company from 2 years
• Work experience dealing with CRM
• Ability and flxibility to learn new processes and tools

Will be a plus:

• Work experience in outsourcing software development company
• Work experience with Hubspot CRM
• Work experience with Upwork platform
