Work experience

3-5 years of experience

Requirements

3+ years of experience in the iGaming industry as a Senior Graphic Designer or Head of Design
Strong portfolio showcasing work from the iGaming sector
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Deep understanding of industry-standard design practices, tools, pipelines, workflows technical budgeting, and real-time development challenges
Proven leadership experience in managing and collaborating with designers
Highly organized, process-driven, and able to make data-informed decisions
Strong communication skills with the ability to support and motivate team members while resolving design challenges
Awareness of emerging AI tools in design and willingness to explore how they can improve team efficiency and creative experimentation
Fluent English

Responsibilities

Develop and implement innovative design concepts tailored for the iGaming industry — colorful, bright, and engaging visuals that capture user attention
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with project goals
Ensure high standards by reviewing and refining designs
Communicate design concepts and strategies to stakeholders
Continuously improve design processes and workflows
Keep up with the latest graphic design trends and technologies

Would be a plus

Experience with motion design
Experience with AI-assisted design tools and workflows
