Senior UI/UX Designer (вакансія неактивна)

We’re looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who is equally strong in UX and UI — someone who can design complex web applications (admin panels, dashboards, management systems) as well as websites.
You’ll take full ownership of the design process — from research and ideation to polished, production-ready UI, while collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and other designers within our design system framework.

This role combines independent product ownership with active collaboration across the team.

Requirements:

— 5+ years in Product / UX/UI design with a focus on complex web applications and responsive websites
— Proven experience designing sportsbook products
— Portfolio with at least 2–3 detailed case studies showing the full process (problem, research, iterations, decisions, and results), not just final screens
— Strong visual design skills: polished, modern, consistent UI
— Proven UX thinking: ability to define problems, explore solutions, validate ideas, and justify decisions
— Experience working with and contributing to design systems
— Proficiency in Figma
— Excellent communication skills for cross-functional work
— Pragmatic approach: understanding business goals and technical constraints

Your portfolio must show:
✅ Detailed UX case studies, each covering:
— The problem you were solving
— The research & decision-making process
— Challenges faced and how you addressed them
— The reasoning behind specific UX & UI choices
— The results and impact (metrics, user feedback, business outcome)
✅ A clear balance between UX problem-solving and polished UI execution
✅ Examples of both:
— Complex web application interfaces
— Marketing websites or multi-page web projects

Responsibilities:

— Design intuitive, scalable solutions for web applications and websites
— Own the full UX process: research, flows, wireframes, prototypes, final UI
— Create visually refined, consistent UI aligned with the brand and design system
— Present and justify design decisions with clear reasoning
— Collaborate with PMs, developers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
— Iterate quickly based on feedback without losing quality and consistency
