Broadway Platform is a next-generation iGaming B2B platform revolutionizing the industry with innovative technology. We are building an AI-driven ecosystem across Backoffice, CMS, CRM, and Risk Management to enhance player engagement, fraud detection, and operational efficiency.
We are looking for a Head of AI to lead our AI strategy and execution. If you have a strong background in Machine Learning & AI, and a passion for transforming data into cutting-edge solutions, we want to hear from you.

Requirements

Leadership experience in building and managing AI teams.
Proven experience in AI/ML leadership roles, preferably in iGaming, fintech, or high-transaction environments.
Strong knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, etc.).
Experience with AI-powered user segmentation, churn prediction, fraud detection, and recommendation systems.
Expertise in data engineering, big data processing and cloud platforms.
Familiarity with real-time data processing and predictive modeling in high-traffic environments.
Ability to work closely with C-level executives to align AI initiatives with business goals.

Responsibilities

Build and manage an AI team, hiring top talent in machine learning, data science, and AI engineering.
Develop and execute the AI strategy across multiple platform verticals: Backoffice, CMS, CRM, and Risk Management.
Lead AI-driven projects to tackle challenges such as churn prediction, early fraud detection, player behavior analysis, and game recommendations using collaborative filtering.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to integrate AI models into platform features.
Develop scalable AI/ML models, ensuring real-time performance and accuracy.
Leverage predictive analytics to optimize marketing, retention strategies, and risk management.
