The Role
We are looking for a passionate, experienced, and independent Product Manager to join our team. You`ll help us to create our new product from scratch.
If you’re a driven, proactive, ambitious, and hands-on Product Manager with a knack for taking ownership and delivering results, we are waiting for you.
Responsibilities:
- Define the product strategy
- You will be responsible for end-to-end product experience — from roadmap planning to product delivery
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new product opportunities and make informed decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and support, to bring new products to market
- You will be reporting to the company’s CTO (co-founder)
Requirements:
- We expect you to be a generalist, hands-on Product Manager, taking ownership of the products from inception to maturity
- 5+ years of Product Management and Product Owner experience
- Experience with high-load IT products
- Experience with SaaS B2B business model
- Experience with product development methodologies (Agile, SCRUM/Kanban)
- Proven experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software solutions, systems, or products
- Possess strong project management, problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical abilities
- Advanced Business English language knowledge
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
