Product Discovery and Product Culture. We develop products that are creating value for

the company, for our clients and for the market in general. Each of us passionately contributes to 2 products we are proud of — SearchAdsHQ and SplitMetrics. With SearchAdsHQ, you easily manage and optimize Apple Search Ads campaigns. With SplitMetrics, you run A/B tests to validate your ideas at the pre-launch stage or to optimize your App Store pages for the topmost conversion.

This is a new role we’ve created specifically to support the growth of our product family and the product team. Reporting directly to Chief Product Officer, this role will help with operational reporting and analysis for the Product organization alongside with facilitating cross-team projects and running bespoke investigations for key clients and partners.

Measurement and monitoring

We are seeking a Product Operations Analyst who enjoys digging into data to drive

operational performance, both globally and regionally, in a complex, matrixed

environment. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, structured, analytical thinker

and highly collaborative team player who is proactive at identifying and resolving issues.

The Product Operations Analyst will be responsible for the data collection, analysis,

monitoring and reporting multiple product metrics to enable decision making within our Product Management organization.

Cross-team facilitation

We see Product Operations Analyst as a source of knowledge across the product family. This person will empower SplitMetrics products with comprehensive (but not excessive!) documentation and necessary product-related communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Product, Product Marketing, Growth and Engineering teams to design, execute, measure and improve the impact of our product efforts
  • Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to enable the product organization to make insightful and well-educated product decisions
  • Facilitate consistent and regular reporting about product performance, feature releases and customer insights
  • Prepare qualitative and quantitative data for inputs into product planning, decisioning and measurement processes
  • Support the Product team with relevant data & artifacts on product, user & financial metrics to help the team communicate progress towards business objectives
  • Investigate any degradations to fundamental product KPIs
  • Facilitate internal team documentation on product and development processes, guidelines, resources and other content. Ensure product operations documents are centralised, accurate and up to date

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management Information Systems or Computer Science
  • 2+ years of experience in a data analyst / UX analyst position; 3+ years in a business environment
  • Strong experience in web applications UX measurement: tracking, analysing and reporting
  • Able to mine and analyse large sets of data and articulate trends
  • Can conduct end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering, processing, analysis, ongoing deliverables, and presentations
  • Understand current data analysis and visualization trends and technologies. Have an experience in creating and maintenance of KPI dashboards out of multiple sources
  • Strong Excel skills, including analysing large quantities of data, creating complex formulas and pivots.
  • Curious and inquisitive, with a strong desire to get beyond the “what” and into the “why”
  • Understand product development lifecycle in an agile environment
  • Previous experience with B2B products will be beneficial
  • Experience in writing technical and product/user documentation
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English. Russian language will be beneficial.
