Our mission is to empower mobile marketers with an ecosystem of easy-to-use tools and powerful services for mobile growth.

With SearchAdsHQ, you easily manage and optimize Apple Search Ads campaigns. With SplitMetrics, you run A/B tests to validate your ideas at the pre-launch stage or to optimize your App Store pages for the topmost conversion. The world’s largest mobile publishers like Rovio, ZiMAD, Yandex, my.com, and hundreds of other companies use SplitMetrics and SearchAdsHQ to conquer the App Store and Google Play.

Our main aim for 2021 is to grow twice so we’re currently looking for Senior Recruiter. The main mission of this position is to help SplitMetrics achieve strategic goals by attracting and hiring top-performing employees, from C-suite level executives to support staff.

In this role you will:

  • Develop and recommend recruiting strategies to ensure a successful search in term.
  • Improve hiring processes to scale your team and attract the best talent.
  • Engage, nurture and qualify a diverse pool of candidates from a range of channels and sources. Develop and maintain a powerful network of contacts.
  • Work with hiring managers and HRD to determine staffing needs.
  • Implement recruitment automation system and analytics tools.
  • Mentor the recruitment team and train Head’s team in best hiring practices.
  • Manage a recruiting team.

We are looking for a person who has:

  • 3+ years experience in recruiting in IT as a Team Lead.
  • Experience in successful vacancy closures, interviewing, including high level positions.
  • Recruitment experience in USA, Europe.
  • Knowledge how to build an effective recruiting process.
  • Wide base of contacts, potential candidates.
  • Perfect understanding of labor market, trends, hiring tools.
  • Metrics-driven mindset with excellent reporting skills.
  • High level of empathy and effective, inclusive communication skills.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
