We are looking for a Head of Customer Success to join the SplitMetrics team to manage SearchAdsHQ Customer Success team (6 ppl) to maintain stable growth within the current and new customer portfolio. SearchAdsHQ is the leading platform for Apple Search Ads campaign management and optimization.

The main mission of this position is to ensure stable growth for an existing customer portfolio, enhance and manage customer success processes, and drive changes that impact our customers’ satisfaction rate. You will lead and inspire your team and cross-functional client-facing teams to provide outstanding customer service.
